We are in the final stages of opening a brand new subscription based Concierge Primary Care Practice.

We project opening the primary care panel in Summer of 2023. We will be accepting patients with Medicare and PPO insurances.
Sorry we do not accept Commercial HMO insurances at this time.

The purpose of this visit it to provide education on the services GMC will provide to you as a patient and to see if it is a good fit for both of us. Yes, there is a trip fee and the visit fee. As well this service is limited to the local area around my practice.
