Tips on how to ease the weight loss process:
Losing weight is an act of self-affirmation, but for this you need to learn to explain to others what you are doing and the difficulties you face in a mature civilized way, and not secretly eating up your suffering.

3. Stop demonizing certain products.
The more you forbid yourself, the stronger the internal tension and the risk of losing control sooner or later.
Allow yourself to eat everything - just a little bit. Half of the cinnamon bun and the whole of the same bun have the same taste. The most acute gastronomic sensation is given by the first piece — then you just chew senselessly, out of habit.
Or do as many French women do: during the week they follow a diet, and on weekends they eat whatever they want — the stomach narrows, and as a result it is no longer possible to cram in a lot of things at a family dinner on a weekend.
4. Rejoice! praise yourself even for small results!
NEVER devalue any of your efforts!
If you start doing this, then your mood automatically deteriorates, and you completely lose faith in success.
It is very important to appreciate even small achievements. Let it be a small victory, but it's a boiling victory! You were able to lose one kilogram, so you can lose two, three, and even 10 kilograms!
5. Start doing nice things slowly - don't try to have dinner at a party in three different places in one Saturday night.
And expand your list of things besides food that make you happy, boost your happiness hormone!
6. Try to eat with your eyes closed, listening to the taste sensations.

9. Do not give up.
If you have violated your regime, it's okay! This is not a reason to give up everything. It's better to do something by half than not to do it at all! Don't scold yourself, just go back to the meal plan and ask yourself why there was a breakdown. Stress? Menstruation? Is the daily routine broken?
