When Ted Lasso is asked if he believes in ghosts he says he does but he thinks they should believe in themselves.
I have a question, "Do you believe in yourself?" I believe in you. Even if I don't know you yet, I believe in you. I believe in your because I know everyone has what it takes to feel how they want to feel and to show up in life how they want to show up in life. Sometimes you need someone to hold that belief for you when you start to believe it yourself.

Tell yourself you love yourself at least once a day. If you don’t believe it yet, do it anyway. Ours brains believe what we tell it so if you’re going to lie to it you might as well make it good.

This. No need to dry your hands out or burn your skin off.

Washing your hands in hot water doesn't kill germs more effectively and doesn't get your hands any cleaner than washing with cold water.

Fun fact about me: I LOVE the Golden Girls. I joke that I’m the love child of Rose and Dorothy. My dating profile said the tv character I’m most like is Rose Nylund. Smart, kind, funny and sometimes things go right over my head. 😂😂.
Then there is Dorothy, tells it like it’s is and has some great life advice. Like this quote. What are you missing out on because you are scared of taking a chance?
Take the chance!!! Do it! You deserve it. Worst case scenario it doesn’t work out but in my eyes that’s better than always wondering if it would!

It's Monday!!!
