"As a patient/resident at Oxford Rehabilitation/Skilled Nursing Facility for the second time, my experience has been amazing!
I must begin with the outstanding Tamika, Ms. Fay, Maurice, doctors, nurses, CNA/Patient Aides, maintenance, and all other staff that I have encountered with both residencies here.
The therapy departments, PT, (state of the art gym) Occupational, Behavioral, Social Services, (Tyrone and Ashley) are remarkable!!!! The care and level of skills and my progress are important to my therapists, Jeremy and Emily. They want to ensure that I return home safely and still able to live independently.
My social workers, Tyrone and Ashley care about my stay here as well as advocators, great problem solvers and work with various communities for resources for me and their patients whether short or long term care.
Oxford makes sure that patient residents be treated as if they were their own family members and even while construction was going on last year, Oxford’s entire campus is still a spectacular facility is just splendid!! God bless you all and thank you for your care."
