Furaha Natural Care founded by me, Nakia D. Deloatch. I once suffered from acne, eczema, and high liver enzymes. You couldn’t see the issue with my liver, I looked healthy. My eczema and acne were not only incredibly painful but was also harmful to my self-esteem. Talking about a bad breakout, my face and body was always covered in pimples. I became so fixated on my pimples that I was convinced they’re the first thing anyone noticed about me. I wore tons of make-up, I tried everything on the market, I went to several dermatologists, had chemical peels etc. You name it, I can say I’ve tried it! Unfortunately, everything I tried just didn’t work, would work only while using it, or had so many harmful chemicals that I didn’t want to use it. Not only was I wasting my hard-earned money on different products, I was damaging my liver in the process by putting the toxic chemicals on my face and body from both over the counter and prescribed. After years of crying I knew there had to be an answer. I had to do my own extensive research. My research didn’t stop with acne and dry skin. I needed to know why I am being told I was at risk of developing liver cancer without any real answers. CHEMICALS! You guessed it, chemicals! Through my research I’ve learned that harmful ingredients are extremely common in skincare products, but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck with them. I’m looking forward to providing you with natural and organic products. Quality products that are safe enough to use on your whole family including your pets! It’s impossible to avoid all chemicals but you can do your part and eliminate where you can. Get rid of those harmful chemicals that are lurking in your family’s every day products. Your skin is the largest organ you have, let us nourish, hydrate and replenish it with a skin care product that you can trust. We will not stop at skin care, Furaha has plans on expanding into much more! We want to help eliminate everything toxic by sharing helpful information on our blog (coming soon!). We also have plans on opening an actual location where you can come relax, have a massage, do yoga, dance, exercise, healthy cooking classes, yoni steaming, and much more!
