A BIG Thank you to Dorothy Verdier for Leading with Heart!

The residents and staff at The Crestview Center say that Dorothy is a good worker, she takes good care of her residents and goes beyond her duties to help her co-workers.

Dorothy is a true example of "Matters of the Heart" and "Heart of Gold". 💛Dorothy treats her residents like they are her own family. She is professional and kind! Thank you for all you do!

The residents of Crestview say you're the Best Nurse; you are patient with the residents, you give them a lot of attention, and you share lots of laughs and joy with your co-workers as well.
They want to thank you for your exceptional kindness, compassion, and dedication. You make a real difference in helping residents and staff; you are always first to lend a helping hand, all with a positive attitude.

Crestview Residents and staff enjoyed the start of the Holiday Weekend with a Friday Fun Day, Carnival Themed.

We would like to thank our Therapeutic Recreation Department for planning such a successful event! 🍿
We would also like to thank Infinity Home care for providing Snow cones and pretzels, Dove Hospice for providing Pretzels, Cotton Candy and Chocolates. 🥨🍫
Lastly, we would like to thank the Delaware Valley Model A Ford Club for bringing their cars for our residents and staff to view. 🚗
We enjoyed the delicious food sold by Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory food truck and music provided by Lisa Bouchelle. 🍟🐔🎶

Everyone had fun, we are looking forward to having another event like this in the future! Follow us for more upcoming events!

Congratulations, Taiye Akinsola for Leading with Heart!

Taiye is the absolute best hands-on supervisor, she is caring and very helpful with the residents. She answers call bells, toilets residents, and helps with weights. You can approach her with anything and she will listen and help. She is the Nurse that every resident loves to have. Taiye is very hardworking and is a team player who will go to any length to help anyone who is in need. She wears many hats and has a heart of gold 💛. Thank you Taiye for all you do!

Crestview would like to recognize World Senior Citizen's Day today, August 21st, as we celebrate all of our residents here at Crestview! The celebration took place for the first time in 1991. The day is intended to increase awareness of the factors and issues that affect older adults, such as health deterioration and elder abuse. It is also a day to recognize and acknowledge the contributions of older people to society. The history of the World Senior Citizen's Day dates back to 1988. It was officially founded by the former President of the United States of America, Ronald Reagan. He had signed on August 19, 1988, the promulgation of 5847, which appeared on 21 August as National Day of the Third Age.
