The Soundview Center has a new teen yoga class starting tomorrow led by Beck Diamond. This is a donation-based class with all donations going to Meander Dance Collective. Fridays 4-5pm. Hope to see you there!

This is it- the last moments to cast your ballot. A final reminder to vote. As a place for wellness, we hope you support leaders who will work for the wellbeing of our community, our country, our planet.

Then, take a deep breath. When we know how the elections go, remember what is important. We are a small community and we need to take care of each other, whomever people vote for. Whatever happens let’s look for little ways every day we can be a support, a kind word, a gift to those around us.

A little about the space

The Soundview Center is a space dedicated to helping support people who want to improve their well-being. In one space is a collection of distinct, independent, businesses and practitioners who are all dedicated to improving individual and community well-being. The Soundview Center hosts many classes and events all focused on creating community and improving individual and community well-being.

The Soundview Center is also home to Roots, a program of Healing Circles, Langley. Roots programs focus on 10 ‘roots’ of wellness - exploration/creativity, lifestyle/daily practices, social connectedness, stress/resilience, emotional/mental health, finances, purpose/meaning and environmental.
