Dr. Colella graduated from the University Of Massachusetts with a B.S. degree in Biochemistry , Magna Cum Laude. He worked as a research associate on a cancer project for 3 years then began graduate studies at the New England College Of Optometry ,Boston MA. where he graduated with honors.
Dr. Colella was in private practice in Raleigh N.C. for twenty years before joining a group practice in Bozeman MT. He has recently relocated to Whidbey Island taking over the Bayview Vision Clinic in Langley from Dr. Mark A. Smith.
Dr. Colella has had considerable experience in treating eye disease and injury with a special interest in glaucoma. He also has considerable experience in fitting contact lenses.
