Everybody’s hips are f*cked up… and it’s not your fault.
It’s the sitting. The stress. The “I’ll stretch later.” The way we’ve been surviving instead of moving.

But here’s the good news: you can start unf*cking your hips in under 60 seconds.

✅ Hip Hikes on a yoga block = simple, spicy, and so effective.
They wake up your glute med, level out your pelvis, and unlock that “why do I feel tight on one side?” energy.

Try this:
1. Stand on a yoga block (one foot up, one foot hanging)
2. Keep your stance leg strong
3. Hike the hip up… then drop it slow
4. 10–15 reps each side
5. Do it daily for a week and tell me what changes 👀
