Most stretch therapists spend just a few weeks training… and then step into a completely different level of freedom.

Let’s have an honest conversation…

Most stretch therapists have no clue what they’re doing.

And I’m not saying that to disrespect the industry…
I’m saying it because I see it EVERY day.

People are out here:
❌ Forcing stretches on the body
❌ Skipping assessments completely
❌ Copying random moves off Instagram
❌ No sequencing. No intention. No system.
❌ No understanding of the nervous system

And then wondering why their clients aren’t getting real results.

Stretching isn’t just “pull the leg and hold it.”

If you’re not:
✔️ Assessing first
✔️ Warming the body up
✔️ Regulating the nervous system
✔️ Moving with intention and sequence

…you’re not doing stretch therapy.

You’re just moving people around.

And the body knows the difference.

This is why some people say:
“I’ve tried stretching before… it didn’t work.”

It didn’t work because it wasn’t done right.

There’s a difference between:
👉 Random stretching
vs
👉 Intentional, nervous system-based bodywork

And once you feel the difference… you can’t go back.

If you’re a practitioner… take this as a wake-up call.

If you’re a client… raise your standards.

Because your body deserves better.

you’re just holding too much.

Holding stress.

And your body knows it.

That tightness in your shoulders…
that stiffness in your hips…
that constant tension in your back…

That’s not just physical.

That’s your body saying:

Listen…
