As a Nutritionist I am often asked this question. I ALWAYS suggest wild caught if possible. Farm raised fish are raised in enclosed areas where they are constantly exposed to fish f***s and the chemicals and additives needed to keep them alive without disease. We have no idea what these fish are fed. In contrast wild caught fish eat only those things that are meant for them to eat and are not in tanks of contaminated water.
Wild and framed salmon have different amounts of Omega fatty acids. Both Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are essential and the balance between the two is important. Because wild caught salmon has less fat, a short pan sear or broil is a better way to prepare, don't overcook! Have a healthy day!

Greetings all! Hope everyone is well! Arnica is one of my favorite herbs for healing. I recently had rotator cuff surgery and I attribute my efficient and effective healing to my use of Arnica. I've used it for two surgeries and both times healing was accelerated with using arnica. If you work out a lot and are always achy try Arnica. Like most homeopathic remedy its not an instant pain reliever but consistent us will provide a good result. I took small pellets 3-4 times a day and massaged the cream into the incision area.

Greetings! As we approach this new year I know many of us ate and drank too much over the holiday and are now looking to shed those extra pounds.
