I’m so excited to share with you that early bird registration for the upcoming Vision Board and Goal Setting is open!

I absolutely love facilitating this yearly event. I missed being able to do it this past January, so definitely had to make sure that another year didn’t go by without the opportunity to support and encourage you in gaining clarity about what you want for 2023.

The theme is It’s Time to Pivot. This year a lot of women have found themselves at a transition point. I imagine you may be in a similar position.

Trying to figure out why you are having a hard time getting motivated.

Feeling frustrated that everything feels so hard.

Wondering why it feels things work out for others, but not you.

Overwhelm and overthinking are your new norm.

Now is the perfect time for you to PIVOT and take a step in a new direction. A direction that will make you happier, fulfilled, and motivated.

To help you to gain clarity on your PIVOT, I encourage you to register today for the Vision Board and Goal Setting Workshop. Take a look at the details here and register today! Feel free to share this information with the women in your circle:-)

Our Story

"I help women better manage all that she has going on in her life without feeling stressed out, burned out and overwhelmed. As a result of our work together she has better relationships with the people in her life, carves out time in her schedule to practice self-care and manages her to-do list so she feels accomplished at the end of the day. To sum it up...she feels calm, confident and in control of her life. " ~Erica Erica N. Reed, LCSW-C is a Licensed Therapist with a private practice in Lanham, Maryland.
