Small sensory breaks can help your child (and you) reset, and you don’t need special equipment. Here are 3 gentle ideas you can do at home today:

Cozy Cube; build a blanket fort and sit quietly for 1-3 minutes.

Weighted Hug; wrap a folded blanket for a 1-2 minute calming hug.

Calm Jar; shake a glitter bottle and watch the swirls for a mindful minute.
