📢 Office Closure Notice – Labor Day 🇺🇸

Green & Seidner Family Practice will be closed on Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, September 2nd.

As always, a provider will be available 24/7 on call for urgent needs.

⚠️ Flash Flood Warning in effect until 4:30 PM EDT today. Heavy thunderstorms are producing rainfall rates of 2–4 inches per hour, with additional 0.5–1.5 inches expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Affected areas include Lansdale, Hatboro, Souderton, Chalfont, Hatfield, Bryn Athyn, Ivyland, Fricks, Willow Grove, Richboro, Horsham, and Skippack.

⚠️ Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 5:00 PM EDT today. This watch includes Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
