Happy Menopause Month (said no one ever).

October is the month designated to give a shout out to menopause. To help educate (everyone), empower (everyone) and support (everyone). Because even if you are not currently going through "The Menopause Transition" (dun dun duuunn!) you probably have or will be, or know someone who will be, is, or has...

So learn about it. Hot flushes (cause they are not a flash), memory lags, changes in body composition (to name a few) are no joke.

So ♥️ this post if you support women and the menopause transition to show your love and support!!

Chicken: cook chicken breast in crockpot, bake in oven (this is what I did for 30-40 minutes), grill or instapot. Season as you like! I used oregano, salt, pepper and paprika.

Couscous mixture: couscous cooks in 5 minutes from boiling so time win! Combine with chick peas, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and cooked spinach (I used frozen and microwaved per instructions).

Top with feta cheese and enjoy!
