Hi my name is Carolyn Schemm, LMT, CEIM, RMT, YLBP and I have been a Massage Therapist since 2002 and I love my job!!! I guess you might be wondering just what do all those letters stand for. Well here ya go....

LMT = Licensed Massage Therapist ( )
CEIM = Certified Educator of Infant Massage
RMT = Reiki Master Teacher
YLD = Young Living Brand

So what I do is use all that education and training to help YOU live your best life. I believe the holistic approach to wellness is the best especially in the long run. Your whole mind, body and spirit need to be healthy in order for you to get out there and LIVE your BEST LIFE!!! Only by treating the whole being can healing truly take place.

I am incredibly honored to receive this shout out from Amy Alfonsi! And I would like you to know that Amy at Amy Alfonsi, Realtor-Keller Williams Real Estate is nothing short of amazing! She recently helped me sell my Father's house after he passed. And let me tell you she is not only knowledgeable but has the patience of a saint. I had no idea what I was doing and I had a million questions....but she walked me through the entire process. What a blessing.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Carolyn Schemm for helping me through the last 18 months of dealing with an autoimmune issue that attacks my tendons, and not my joints.

Having Covid multiple times, and one vaccine, caused my body excruciating inflammation which they thought was Rheumatoid Arthritis or a flare up of Lyme Disease! Nope…… it’s not attacking my bones. Instead it’s attacking my tendons (what connects the muscle to bone) I would not be able to manage my life without this woman☺️💖🙌🏼

I strongly suggest anyone having pain, autoimmune issues, or if just in need of some “YOU” time!!! You HAVE to go see her!

Self care is an absolute must and through massage therapy, I have been able to have relief 🙏💯
