✨ We couldn’t be more proud of our very own Gerardo Ramirez! ✨

Gerardo has been chasing his dreams in Philadelphia, studying dress design and bringing his vision to life. He sketches, creates, sews, and pulls it all together with passion and talent.

Next Friday, the 19th, he will graduate and showcase his very first fashion show featuring his own creations! 👗🎉

As part of his schooling, Gerardo also built a professional website, developed marketing skills, and even created his signature logo to represent his brand.

🍰💚🦅 What a day at Elm Terrace! We celebrated International Eat an Extra Dessert Day with plenty of sweet treats (because one is never enough today 😉) AND cheered on the Eagles’ home opener with a spirited pep rally! 🎉

The energy was high, the desserts were delicious, and our community pride was shining. Fly Eagles Fly! 🦅

🇺🇸🎶🍔 What a fantastic Labor Day at Elm Terrace! Our annual Labor Day barbecue was a huge success—live music was on point, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was full of fun and laughter.

A big thank you to our incredible dining staff for the delicious food, our activities team for planning and executing the event flawlessly, and our maintenance And housekeeping crew for all the setup and cleanup behind the scenes.

We are so grateful for our team and our wonderful residents who made it such a great day! ❤️
