We strive to provide a quality massage that will benefit your needs, for both short term and long term goals by balancing mind, body, and spirit using techniques that best fit your needs. We strive to continue with education to enhance techniques and modalities to better serve you. Our goal is, by the end of the session, that you feel revitalized, relieved of tension, and pain free.
What does massage mean to you? Do you see it as a luxury? A pampering session that you don’t treat yourself to enough? What about self-care and preventative health?
· Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods (also called modalities).
· Massage is known to affect the circulation of blood and the flow of blood and lymph, reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and enhance tissue healing.
· Massage therapy also has several documented clinical benefits. For example, massage can reduce anxiety, improve pulmonary function in young asthma patients, reduce psycho-emotional distress in persons suffering from chronic inflammatory bowel disease, increase weight and improve motor development in premature infants, and may enhance immune system functioning. Some medical conditions that massage therapy can help are: allergies, anxiety and stress, arthritis, asthma and bronchitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive motion injuries, chronic and temporary pain, circulatory problems, depression, digestive disorders, tension headache, insomnia, myofascial pain, sports injuries, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
I believe therapeutic massage is an art and science that has, as its primary focus, the health needs of all individuals -- needs ranging from states of high-level wellness to states of illness, disability and impending death.
Increase the Benefits with Frequent Visits:
"Getting a massage can do you a world of good. And getting massage frequently can do even more. This is the beauty of bodywork. Taking part in this form of regularly scheduled self-care can play a huge part in how healthy you’ll be and how youthful you’ll remain with each passing year. Budgeting time and money for bodywork at consistent intervals is truly an investment in your health. And remember: just because massage feels like a pampering treat doesn’t mean it is any less therapeutic. Consider massage appointments a necessary piece of your health and wellness plan, and work with your practitioner to establish a treatment schedule that best meets your needs." Office Policies and Procedures:

Ø Our Parking lot is not the easiest to navigate
Ø You will have paperwork to complete on your first visit
Ø Your therapist will review the forms with you, and discuss the reasons for your visit and any specific areas you would like to address during your massage.
Ø You will need time to undress, get on the table, clear your mind and redress at the end. Once you arrive for your first appointment, you will need to fill out & sign some forms, including, a health form. If you are under the care of a physician for any medical condition or post-procedure, you will need to bring a Release Form or Permission Form with you before your therapists can perform your massage. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
