We enjoyed a special visit from Echoes Of Nature, an educational wildlife organization that brought along some fascinating animal guests! Among the highlights were a Red-Bellied Turtle, a Crested Gecko, an American Kestrel, and a Domesticated Ferret.

Our residents had a wonderful time taking turns interacting with the animals and learning about the unique adaptations each one has developed to thrive in its natural environment. A heartfelt thank-you to Echoes of Nature for bringing such joy and educational fun to our community!

We had an incredible time at our Father's Day Summer Block Party & Car Show here at Ashleigh at Lansdowne! The event featured everything from one of the oldest cars, a Model T to one of the newest, an electric Hummer. Families, residents, and staff enjoyed live entertainment, a dunk tank (with our Executive Director taking the plunge!), delicious hotdogs and hamburgers from our Taste of RUI team, and even caricature drawing to take home. With fun games, prizes, and great company, the day was a perfect way to celebrate our fathers and support a great cause - all proceeds benefited the Alzheimer's Association. Thanks to your generosity, we raised $1,060 for the Alzheimer's Association! 💜
