I’ve been disconnected from my cards since the passing of my grandfather in October. Grief is hard. While I walk the the hedge row between this world and what lies beyond, I haven’t suffered a close personal loss like my grandfather. It’s caused me to close down my connections to everything and throw up walls to stop feeling. I asked my cards today to speak to me. To help me find my spark again. And only the Crow Tarot can lovingly knock me down a peg with this card.

Stop standing in your own way. Experience life and feel all the emotions that come with it. You will make it out to the other side. These lessons are meant to remind us that life is short and precious.

It’s almost poetic to draw The Fool after a Tarot hiatus. The last few weeks has found me feeling very detached from my practice.

With Mercury stationing retrograde, I felt the urgency to reconnect with my cards to stay grounded through these rough transits.

The Crow Tarot by always brings me profound wisdom and deep connection with my cards. Here is what The Fool card is telling me today :

The Fool - Have faith in the Universe and live fearlessly. You will come through the storm. If you allow hope to replace fear, you can only imagine the adventures that life will open up to you. Look at life anew. With each end there is always a beginning. Only you can shape what tomorrow brings by moving forward today.
