This past weekend there was a mass casualty as a drunk driver drove into a family of 16- killing two and seriously injuring the others. One of the men killed was the sole provider for his family. Anything you can give would be appreciated ❤️

Three spots left for tonight's Gentle Aerial Yoga class at People's Yoga in Reo town! It will be a waist high class, so we will have the option for a complete inversion.

Gentle instrumental music in the background and eye pillows with lavender when relaxing at the end.

Message me with questions! Next week will be a low swing class.
