As helpers, healers, and caregivers, we pour our hearts into others — but sometimes, that same compassion that fuels us can also drain us.

✨ Compassion Fatigue happens when emotional exhaustion sets in from consistently supporting others in pain.
You may notice:
— Feeling detached or numb
— Increased irritability or sadness
— Difficulty focusing or sleeping
— A loss of joy in the work you once loved
