Happy Thanksgiving from all of us on Lansings Ambulance Service!

Today I am thankful for all of the volunteers that drop what they are doing to help those who need it most.

And for those that take the time to come to meetings, trainings, and help with events in our community such as the ATV ride, the driftless half marathon, and the truck and tractor pull, to name a few.

It’s not easy to have a volunteer ambulance service and cover every shift with only 24 volunteers, but this crew makes it happen every month.

For the volunteers that take on extra shifts and to those that take on extra work to keep our service running smoothly, you are appreciated!

Grateful for our fire department friends and our law enforcement officers for their assistance when needed.

And for all the services nearby who work with us to make sure our communities are cared for.

Hope everyone is having a nice Thanksgiving!

Mark you calendars and register for this important community training. Kelly Hilsabeck from Trauma Injury Prevention at Gundersen will be offering Stop the Bleed community training.

Stop the Bleed is a program of the American College of Surgeons and has trained nearly 4 million people to stop bleeding in a severely injured person.

Thanks Lansing Fire For thinking of our patients and making sure we have the equipment needed to properly care for them and keep us safe, too!

So we did a thing today!! Big thanks to Buddy at Iron Hill Powersports, Kerndt Brothers Bank, and all of the Donors that supported the FD. This unit was purchased to better accomodate our EMT crews and patients on scene. Our last rig the patient carrier overhung the back making it a hazard to all involved, but with this rig we are that much safer with the extra wheels! Thank you for all donations and also for your continued support!! Have a safe and Happy Holidays everyone!!
