We've created a sacred space to Learn and EXPLORE with others on their healing journey. Elevate your mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing through our experiential classes, workshops, groups and events at LiveWELL. Types of group offerings include: mind/body classes, spiritual development, herbal & plant medicine, creative classes and health education. Membership at LiveWELL is not just about becoming a member at a health club, but joining a supportive community of like-minded people dedicated to regaining or maintaining their health and wellbeing. We have an innovative and affordable approach to mind, body & spirit alignment that gives you private access 7days/week to a 1200 sq ft Healing lounge & Meditation studio. Members have access to utilize the following treatments whenever they need self-care: Solo Sunlighten infrared sauna; Shiatsu massage chair, dry salt therapy, aromatherapy, light therapy, whole body vibration, hand held massagers, acupressure mat and much more.
