About Comfort Keepers of Lansing
Over the past 20 years we have found our passion in this family-owned business, and we are devoted to providing the highest quality in-home care services possible. Our office is independently operated, and family owned. It is our goal is to hire professional and compassionate caregivers to care for seniors one on one in their home in the Greater Lansing area.

Job Description
We are looking to add caregivers to our team to service long-term clients in safe and comfortable home environments. We will always introduce you to the client and make sure you are adequately familiar and well trained before working one on one with a client. You will have consistent support and contact with the Comfort Keepers of Lansing office team. We provide flexible hours & schedule with the ability to balance your time between work, school, children, and other priorities and we do not implement mandates.
*Our caregivers travel an average of 10 miles from their home per shift, and have been happily employed with Comfort Keepers for an average of 6 years.*
A typical caregiver job description may include:
- Simple meal preparation
- Laundry
- Conversation and companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Errands and grocery shopping
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene – hands on training provided
- Reminding the client to take their medication on time

Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation & Current Auto Insurance
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Driving Record
- Provide Professional and Personal Reference Check
Shifts Available:
- Full Time
- Part Time
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 Considerations:
- We do require clients and caregivers to be fully vaccinated.
- We continue to follow CDC recommended protocols for COVID-19.
- All caregivers must wear an appropriate face mask while with a client.
- We do not service COVID-19 positive patients.
Experience:
Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
Certified Nursing Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Multiple Locations in the Greater Lansing Area
