'Me Period' is a film that shares how to help destigmatize menstruation. It features courageous conversations between mothers and daughters on the most significant moments of their young lives. The journey often starts with the first period, but the way we come to know ourselves and our bodies begins with every conversation we’ve ever had—or haven’t had—before then. 📽️
