🍌 Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍫

Soft, chewy, and naturally sweetened — these cookies use ripe bananas and a touch of honey for a guilt-free treat!

✨ Ingredients:
🍌 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
🥥 ¼ cup coconut or olive oil
🍯 ¼ cup honey or pure maple syrup
🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌾 1½ cups all-purpose flour (or half whole wheat)
🥄 ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp salt
🍫 ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts or oats

🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Mix bananas, oil, honey, and vanilla.
3️⃣ Stir in dry ingredients until combined.
4️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips (and nuts if using).
5️⃣ Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray.
6️⃣ Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
