Back when I lived in Las Vegas I worked with a holistic doctor who helped me get out of "fight or flight ". I slept for a week straight after his treatments. I was exhausted. Now I work with my nervous system more than nutrition. You can't digest food properly if your nerves are shot. To me it makes sense to start there. To keep it in check you need to adopt meditation and hobbies that are calming. No more roller coasters or watching true crime TV before bed.🤣

《Let's be real.》✋️An old school herbalist will reuse glass bottles over and over. ⭐️☀️
The coolest thing is finding treasures in my home Apothecary when I clean it out.
Alcohol tinctures last a decade, so they tell me. 🧘‍♀️This thyme tincture is still good after 15 years. It looks rough but i know where it came from cuz I made it🌱to help my kid get over a sinus infection. ☆
The purpose of this is to share how making your own medicine is free.
Start with one herb.💫
Forage for things to make medicine with. Plantain, mullein, St. John's wort, and more can all be found where I live. Make sure to have a few field guides on hand to properly identify plants before using them. Research old and new herbal books and get a plan together.
Reuse clean glassware. Use the Tito's you have in the liquor cabinet and go to work.🤣

1. You can still build muscle 💪
2. Working out glutes and hamstrings builds your ass and preserves longevity in life☀️
3. Increasing protein and fats in your diet makes skin pretty🗣
4. Cardio is not required but will keep your heart strong❤️
5. Lifting heavy weights increases joy and destroys negative emotions
6. Everyone should own a herd of grass-fed cows🐮and drink raw milk
7. Pasture raised chickens have the most nutritious eggs and you can eat 10 in one day. 🍳
8. Eating grass-fed butter with every meal makes you bullet proof🧈
9. Muscles improve your golf game🏌‍♀️
10. The only person who can change you is yourself.🤳

The single best thing for measles and preventing measles is Vitamin A, retinol. It is abundant in Beef Liver and should come from a food source. Do not go buy Vitamin A by itself at the store. It is synthetic and needs the accompanying nutrients to help it absorb. I can debate on this for 24 hours straight. 🤣Beta carotene is not the same thing. It must be retinol.

💪These are the only two protein shake sources I use besides eating real food. Why? Most of them are made with nasty ingredients. Not only that, the sourcing and the way protein powders are processed are even more of a concern. These have no synthetic vitamins or minerals added to them. Most are full of synthetic nutrients. 💫
If you think they are low as far as grams of protein per serving, they are not. They are real. Add a raw egg and raw milk and the numbers get close to 45-50 grams per serving. If you work out 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is recommended. You should eat the rest in food.🐮❤️
