Centered Care was established in 2021 to provide healthcare staffing to hospitals throughout Michigan in departments such as ER, OR, ICU and Med/Surg. We now also have a comprehensive home care division providing care to individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular conditions, dementia and other chronic medical conditions. Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality of patient care, the highest possible level of customer service and the best possible working environment. We employ RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Respiratory Therapists and Surgical Techs for our facility staffing division. For our Home Care division, we employ Home Health Aides, CNAs, RNs and LPNs.

Centered Care LLC is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Job Overview:
The Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing education to patients and families to promote optimal outcomes.
This position is part time and will develop into full time as patients are received. The starting pay is at $50 an and negotiable depending on experience.

Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
Experience in Neuro Rehabilitation.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Valid Michigan drivers license and current auto insurance.

We are beyond excited to have earned our 3-year CARF International Accreditation for our Interdisciplinary Outpatient Medical Rehab Program, our Interdisciplinary Outpatient Rehab Program; Brain Injury Specialty, our Residential Rehabilitation Program; Brain Injury Specialty, and our Vocational Services.
