Centered Care was established in 2021 to provide healthcare staffing to hospitals throughout Michigan in departments such as ER, OR, ICU and Med/Surg. We now also have a comprehensive home care division providing care to individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular conditions, dementia and other chronic medical conditions. Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality of patient care, the highest possible level of customer service and the best possible working environment. We employ RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Respiratory Therapists and Surgical Techs for our facility staffing division. For our Home Care division, we employ Home Health Aides, CNAs, RNs and LPNs.

Meet McKenzie, one of our NRRP Neuro Rehab Techs! We asked her what her favorite part about working for CCMI is:
"Working for Centered Care it is the patients that make my long and hard days' worth it. It gives me such gratitude to watch the growth of all our patients and to be able to be side by side helping them in their recovery. The amount of work they put in everyday is unimaginable and I'm so proud of each and every one of them for putting in the work and continuing to grow. Our patients pay attention to us just as much as we do them and I find it important to come to work every day with a positive attitude to instill into their daily lives. Every interaction we have with each individual is just as important as the progress they're making; they count on us to come in and contribute to their recovery in a positive aspect."
