- A clear video, audio & internet or streaming connection via smartphone or computer so I may clearly see and hear you
- An active Duo app or Zoom app downloaded prior to appt
- Tape I recommend (per video chat consult),
- Sharp scissors to cut tape (if needed)
- 70% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and clean applicator or alcohol wipes
