In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re reminded that leadership as a woman takes many forms. Kelly Preston shared that sometimes women lead by entering spaces with quiet strength—holding their ground with grace, even when the weight of expectations presses in from all sides. Meanwhile, Sarah Anthony reminds us that breaking barriers—like shattering the glass ceiling—can come with real challenges and pain.

These truths came to life at the Rise & Thrive: Shattering the Glass Ceiling event held on March 11, where women gathered to listen, learn, and connect through shared stories of leadership and resilience. Together, these voices reflect the balance of grace, courage, and perseverance that defines women in leadership today.
