🍂 HEALTHY FALL RECIPE: ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH BOWL 🥣

Seasonal eating is one of the best ways to support your body naturally — and this cozy, nutrient-packed bowl is full of anti-inflammatory goodness that your gut (and taste buds) will love!

🧡 Ingredients:

1 medium butternut squash, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp sea salt

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 apple, diced

¼ cup walnuts or pecans

2 cups baby spinach or kale

Drizzle of balsamic glaze or honey

🍽️ Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss squash cubes in olive oil, cinnamon, and salt. Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.

In a bowl, layer quinoa, greens, roasted squash, and apples.

Top with walnuts and drizzle lightly with balsamic or honey.
