Take a quiet moment to reconnect with your roots as we move out of winter and gently begin the transition into spring. This special evening is designed to help you ground, restore, and create space for the season of growth ahead.
Virginia Caldwell will guide a soothing sound healing experience that helps settle the nervous system and reconnect you to the earth beneath you. Allie will lead a Yin practice that encourages deep stillness while gradually opening the body, supporting both stability and renewal as we shift into a new season.

Your yoga practice is full of waiting & pausing. Waiting asks us to practice self-discipline, tapas. Waiting asks us to self-study, the practice of svadhyaya. Waiting asks us to surrender, the practice of ishvara pranidhana. Even your breath has a pause, between the inhale and the exhale - without the pause, the rhythm of your breath is lost.
