We’ve found a home for our indoor season at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing.

Bask in the warm glow of your own essence.
This practice blends gentle vinyasa sequences, deep stretches, and mindful breathwork to awaken your inner fire- the quiet strength and steady light that lives within.

When: Tuesdays at 6 PM

October sunset over the gardens 💫


As it nears the end of our outdoor season, I wanted to say it has been a privilege to guide our classes here. I appreciate the trust those put in me to lead them into a space of inner exploration. The earth, the mat, our body is a sacred home & it’s in the practice of yoga we are asked to repeatedly return back to ourselves.

Presence does not always mean peace right away- but just like the changing of the seasons, the body wants to move through all the seasons of pleasure, pain, grief, & joy.

As I myself go through a journey of change, it’s beautiful to flow amongst those seeking a deeper connection with self. One of the most radical actions we can take is that of showing up in spite of challenges, hardships, injuries ~physical or emotional~

I did not intend for this to be a journal entry but I know this practice saves me & I hope that if you let it, it can be a safe place for you too.

Stay tuned for updates on what comes next for us & join in our final outdoor flow tomorrow @ 5:30pm!
