Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Sanitizing touch points
• Shouldering a backpack vacuum weighting 25+lbs
• Emptying trash receptacles
• Mopping
• Cleaning bathrooms, counter tops, desk areas
• Dusting
• Detailing entry ways, workspaces and common areas as needed
• Spot cleaning glass windows/structures
• Other janitorial duties as requested by the management team

Requirements include but are not limited to:
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, lift, pull push and/or carry objects up to 50
pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc.

Position Purpose: To oversee cleaning staff at multiple locations. In this position, you must have a superior attendance record. Supervisors will ensure all job tasks are completed, all areas will be on a cycle for inspection, all matters communicated, and facilities secured at the end of the shift.

Major Job Functions:

· Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed

· Training, retraining, and cross-training staff

· Responsible for making sure teams are working effectively and efficiently in line with the cleaning agreement and budgeted hours

· Set agenda for the week on any special projects

· Perform inspections, corrections, and follow ups

· Communicating all matters to their manager

· Coordinating with teams for coverage

· Ensuring all facilities are cleaned to standard and secured at the end of each shift

· Assisting with detail cleaning and special projects

· Ensuring all supplies and equipment are well organized and maintained

· Excellent work ethic

· Superior attendance and reliable transportation.

· Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins.

· Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time.

· Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.

· Dependable, positive and team orientated
