This Women’s Month (and always, let’s be honest), we’re honoring the little girls we used to be.
The ones who thought they had to prove themselves.
The ones who believed shrinking was safer.
The ones who tied achievement to worth.

They grew up.

And they became strong women. And they’re so proud.

Not because they had something to prove, but because they realized they never needed to.

For every girl who is still learning that lesson… we see you. 🤍

Three days in a row I moved. Only ONE of those workouts felt good. But I showed up for all three.

In the short term, bad workouts feel pointless. In the long term, they’re a crucial part of progress.

Keep showing up on the bad days, on the good days, on the meh days and you’ll avoid the downward spiral that comes with skipping workouts and not moving your body 🫡

Workout felt so good yesterday I did a whole extra set of everything so I could film it 🔥. All you need is a kettlebell (I used various weights but you can do it all with just one!) to work your leg strength and hip mobility.
