To build a habit you have to work at it, and work at it, and work at it, until one day it just becomes who you are.
Habit building IS a science, and you CAN hack it if you take the time to understand it, give yourself the right tools, and want it bad enough.
Next time you’re trying to get yourself to do something and you’re dragging your feet think: “the person I want to be does this” and do it. You’ll eventually start to become that person 🙌🏼
