I’m so excited to announce a new workshop coming to People’s Yoga Studio Saturday, October 4 from 12-3 pm. Spots are limited! Here’s what to expect:

Yoga and sourdough bread-making are much the same. Both require patience, a connection to the present moment, and grace for when things don’t go exactly as we plan. They are not processes to be rushed, but rather savored. In this workshop, you’ll:

🧘‍♀️Flow through a 60-minute yoga practice inspired by the bread-making process.

🥖Receive a hands-on sourdough bread lesson and prep a loaf to take home and bake.

🎁Be gifted two different sourdough starters to take home and experiment with.

🍽️ Enjoy a delicious sourdough charcuterie board where you’ll get to taste how different starters and flours shape flavor, texture, and consistency.

🙈 Listen to a history lesson on flour that will shock and surprise you!

Let’s spend a Saturday being slow, deliberate, and reflective in our bodies and bellies.

Cuteness overload! Puppy Yoga was a huge hit!
A heartfelt thank you to Chris and Katie Wolcott for bringing so much joy to our community and making the whole experience unforgettable.

We’re not sure of the exact amount since many donations went directly to the Humane Society, but together we raised approximately $1,500 for their important work.
