We recognize that times are stressful right now and many of us are just making it through the day. A frazzled nervous system affects every aspect of our wellness. So we are mindfully putting together programs and protocols to help you reset your nervous systems and find some peace amidst the chaos.
We are also putting together meditations in the salt cave geared towards gentle clearing and mindful release. Our partners in wellness have all stepped forward to help and are gathering for greatness. We are excited to have Sondra Schmid with us for readings Friday March 6 from 4-7 pm. The first ten people who book with her will also get a free Healy session during their reading. A Healy machine will scan the body to determine the points of weakness that need attention or assistance. Then it sends a frequency to aid the systems in need.
