In this meditation we will be using real Peridot and Citrine Crystals to send a clearing and healing light anywhere into the psyche where there are stagnant energies, anywhere you have absorbed negativity and heaviness from others, stress, depression, anxiety or fear. Anywhere you are generating negativity, heaviness, stress, depression, anxiety or fear. Clearing anywhere you are holding onto dark memories in your heart and mind that now need to be released. Releasing all emotional and mental energy that is not yours. Clearing all shadows that are crept into your heart and mind. Bringing light into any places in your being that has held darkness.

Sending light into any self-sabotaging patterns, anywhere, for whatever reason, you feel undeserving of success. Clearing and removing emotional any mental interference and perceived blocks in moving forward. Cleansing your being and shifting your resonance and your mood. Shining a light to upgrade your sense of self, how you relate with your core identity. Giving you more inner strength. Expanding the light of possibility in your heart and mind. Helping to expand the light of joy, courage and confidence in your heart and mind.
