Earlier this week we were honored to have 6 colleagues from around the State visit us for Michigan's New Colleague training. We were so excited to have our guests visit for 2 days and observe and participate in how our Clubhouse is ran.

We know that each and every one of you has something special that you being to your Clubhouses. We're proud to be able to count you all as our friends!

These Clubhouses were at Harmony Hall on Monday and Tuesday. They were at Genesis Club in Howell, Michigan Wednesday and today and will be there for one more day tomorrow!

We had the chance to send many of you back to your clubs with new ideas and you guys also shared some great ideas with us!

In the wonderful world of Clubhouse we hold the belief that we are all stronger and better together and we are rooting on all of your success in making big impacts in all of the lives you all touch!

Today and tomorrow we are hosting 6 Michigan Clubhouses for Clubhouse Michigan Colleague training. They are participating in our Work Ordered Day and going to a training each day; one on the Work Ordered Day, and another on Relationships.

We are excited to have our guests and proud to have been asked to help with new colleague training. We hope our guests have a great experience as we have been having a great time making some new friends from around the State!

Here we are in the culinary unit planning who is going to do what this morning. This is how our work ordered day starts, with a meeting where we check in with each other and make sure we get all of the work done that we need to do for the morning.

Today we have to make sure we have people to run the snack bar, clean the dining room and kitchen, and most importantly, prepare our staff Jennifer's birthday lunch; a micro salad.

At Harmony Hall, on all of our birthdays we get to choose what everyone has for lunch that day and the birthday person gets their lunch for free!

This afternoon, after lunch, we will also have an afternoon meeting to plan post lunch clean up!

The unit meetings are a great way to get everyone on the same page and make sure the work of the Clubhouse get done each and every day!

These pictures are as we gathered (with our morning coffee), at the clubhouse, awaiting our morning meetings.

Our work-ordered day begins with learning about the Clubhouse news and happeningss, organizing our rides, and celebrating our achievements.

This time in our morning gives us the opportunity to share a story or two and enjoy each other's company. Even short moments like this can help us all feel a sense of belonging and support.

Our Units (in this case, Administration) begin each day with a meeting that lists our tasks for members sign-up. This makes sure we stay organized to get everything accomplished. It's always a lively discussion and a highlight of our mornings.
