Many of you have shared that it hasn’t always been easy to reach us, especially during busy times. We take that seriously, and we’re working to do better.
To help, we’d like to introduce Heidi—an AI tool we’ve recently added to help improve communication and support for our urology patients.
We know how important it is to reach our office quickly, whether you’re scheduling an appointment or following up on a message. We also understand that at times, getting through by phone or waiting for a response can be frustrating. Your concerns matter to us, and we hear you.
Heidi is here to help us do better. She assists with scheduling patients and helps route and organize messages more efficiently, so our team can respond faster and more consistently. This allows our staff to spend more focused time on patient care while making sure your needs don’t get lost in the shuffle.
Please know this is not about replacing personal care—it’s about improving access to it. We remain committed to listening, responding, and making your experience with our office as smooth as possible.
