Introduced to Yoga in the seventies by my mother, herself a "self help Guru". More intensely studying and practicing the past twenty+ years, teaching in the Lapeer Community to children and adults for the past 18 years. Offering guidance and knowledge of Yoga to individuals seeking a happy and healthy lifestyle conducive to growing and learning at any age. My goal is to teach classes that are acce

ssible for most people, providing stress release, strength and balance of the mind and body, most importantly developing your own inner awareness allowing you to use the wisdom of yoga in your daily life.
- Training in classic Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga Vinyasa,Yin and Restorative yoga.
- Pranayama ( breathwork )
- Chakras
- Meditation
- Yoga for children

Excited to begin the 2025- 26 season of kids yoga school. Monday Oct 13th begins the first week of session 1. 2nd 8 week session begins on Mon. Jan. 26th.

Hello to all those who have crossed my path through yoga and to those who have simply enjoyed my previous posts🤗. My passion is for whole health, practicing, teaching, and studying yoga/meditation to adults and children. I am a Reiki Master as well👐 extending Reiki out during class and healing circles. My personal practice of holistic health includes,yoga,/meditation, Ayurveda, herbals, frequency, and more. These gifts have been a blessing in my life for many years and my first goal is to share it all with others thru teaching the practice. My next goal is to extend my message out thru FB. Saturday morning yoga has gone online for the winter months. It has been nice to stay warm and cozy.
As the time change reminds us, change and the energy of spring are on its way. I see I am overdue to update my page🤗. Hopefully soon. I will post when we head back to Chatfield and the great outdoors.
