It’s that time of year again, time for garden planning circles 🫶🏽 I have loved hosting these! A wonderful opportunity for community and connection with like minded women. The first garden talk is 2/7 at 2:30 here at my home in Otter Lake, I’ll have some snacks, coffee, and tea available. Donations are optional but not required and can consist of money, seeds, treats, etc i am not at all picky or too worrieded aboht it. Let me know if you’d like to join 🤎🌱

If you plan to use insurance in 2026, please bring your insurance card to your upcoming appointment so we can verify your benefits.

Even small plan changes can affect coverage, copays, or deductibles—updating this now saves time later.

⏰ Our schedule is extremely busy. If you know you won’t be able to make your appointment, please cancel as early as possible to allow another patient to be seen.

As we shift into the busy holiday stretch, here’s a quick reminder: our updated hours are now Thursdays only, from 9:00am–12:00pm and 1:30–6:30pm. (The week of Christmas and New Year, we will only be in Tuesday!)

We’re just three days away from wrapping up our time in the office before the Thanksgiving holiday. If you’ve been thinking about getting in for an adjustment, now is the time to call!

Beginning after December 1st, our hours will transition to Thursdays from 9:00am–12:00pm and 1:30–6:30pm, aside from any special holiday schedule changes.

We’ll continue to keep you informed so you can plan your visits without stress. Grateful for each of you and honored to support your family’s health through the season! 💛🌿
