As many of you know or may not know. Several years again I had a heartattack. They be in a stint. Again I had another heartattack, another stint. Then a third heartattack. I under went triple bypass surgery. I had put on quite abit of wight. I was up to 250 pounds. My kidneys were at a point of almost shutting down. Well I went from 250 pounds, down to 180 pounds. My kidneys went back to nornmal. My kidney doctor said he'd never in all his years seen that big a turnaround 360 degree turn around. My heart doctor and kidney doctor said I was a living miracle. Well all I can say was it was because of some life changing decisions. I changed my eating habits, started taking a healthy nutrition shake and exercising. Well feeling better,I decided to stop everything. Well wrong decision. My weight went back to 215 from 180. I seemed to be tired all the time. So again I made a decision. To get back eating right, dranking my nutritious shake and exercising. An now with Beachbody and Shakeology, I've lost 6 pounds and 6 inches. This is just the start of my new journey.
So everybody do yourself a favor and THINK about your HEALTH. If not for you, for a LOVED one.
