November 13 will be Dr Alexander's last day seeing patients. Felicia Menear will be in the office, regular office hours, the following week of November 17 -20 finishing up any paperwork. If you need any refills please contact the office before 11-13. If you need medical records stop by the office, a release must be signed. We are still offering a flash drive for you to have all your medical records in your possession.
