We are restarting our Barre Class in addition to Yoga and Pilates this Saturday! Gabrielle Leal-Upp will be teaching Barre on Wednesdays at 5:15pm and Saturdays at 8:30am!!

Barre is a low-intensity workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to build strength, improve balance, and support overall movement. In this class, we focus on controlled movements, light weights, and bodyweight exercises designed to target small muscle groups and build strength from the inside out. All levels welcome!
