🌿 Pause & Breathe (2 Minutes)
Set a timer for 2 minutes.
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 2, and exhale through your mouth for 6.
Repeat until the timer ends.

This simple reset can calm your nervous system, lower stress, and help you feel more grounded—especially on busy or overwhelming days.
