In the past, I let my full time job take control of my life. I forgot to make myself a priority. I let my eating go, never exercised, and became an overly negative person. I worked all of time time and never had time for my family. My goal is to show others what I have learned through my experience and help guide them to find a healthy and happy balance.

Day 2 I woke up ready for my day at 4 am. Normally I set my alarm for that time and hit snooze a million times. I was able to complete 3 important documents this morning for work and now I'm sitting to have breakfast! Today is oatmeal with green apples and cinnamon with a side of hot tea!

Operation Take my Life Back is in full swing! This morning I'm starting the Ultimate Reset by Beachbody for the second time. Ever since the death of my close friend 3 months ago I've lost all motivation and slipped into a depressive state. Ate to comfort myself, lost all motivation to cook and workout, and let myself go.

Over the last couple of weeks I have been journaling a lot and realizing that I have so much to live for still. I have dreams of becoming a mom. I have a goal of completing 5 years at my job. I have a wonderful husband and puppy who love me unconditionally.

It's time for me to focus on myself and getting better. I've done a lot of research and the best ways to fight depression and anxiety are with diet and exercise. So here we go: Day 1!

I don't know about you guys but coming up with what to eat every week is difficult. I've been stressing about it for this next week because normally I make out my list and go shopping on Saturday and then meal prep on Sundays but obviously I've been busy. It's so time consuming! πŸ•¦
