One of the biggest healthcare scandals has just been uncovered regarding non-prescribed heart monitors. CVS Owns Aetna and another heart monitor company they recently aquired. They send nurses to patients homes, unsolicited, to perform sophisticated heart tests without their doctor's knowledge to detect any slight normal variant in order to get more money from the federal government.
