Bargaining Update 12

The Frontier Tentative Agreement was voted down. The ballot tally was completed today, July 29, 2022 in the Cleveland office.
The Frontier Tentative Agreement did not pass.

"Negotiations between your CWA bargaining committee and Frontier North, Inc. resumed at the CWA District 4 office in Cleveland, on June 13, 14 and 15. The Company and Union have reached a complete final settlement. The final settlement must be approved by the CWA Executive
Board before an official tentative agreement can be reached between the parties. A complete summary of all changes in the Frontier North Collective Bargaining Agreement will be shared with all members once the final settlement is approved by the Executive Board. Please continue wearing red on Thursdays as a display of solidarity."

Bargaining Update #8

Negotiations between CWA and Frontier North, Inc. resumed this week June 7th, 8th and 9th, 2022. The contract is currently extended until June 18, 2022. Your Bargaining Committee will meet with Frontier’s management team at the CWA District 4 office in Cleveland, on June 13-15. Based on continued discussions between the parties, the Company and Union have tentatively agreed on multiple proposals. The bargaining committee continues to review and analyze Frontier’s proposals.

Bargaining Update # 7
Negotiations continued between CWA and Frontier North, Inc. on Tuesday- Thursday May 24 – May 26, 2022. CWA and the company agreed to extend the contract until June 18, 2022. Your Bargaining Committee passed counter and revised proposals to the Company. Based on continued discussions between the parties, the Company revised and submitted additional counter proposals. Negotiations will resume June 7-9, 2022. The bargaining committee continues to review and analyze Frontier’s proposals. Your participation in upcoming Mobilization actions across the District, in the coming days is encouraged. Stay tuned.

Bargaining resumed between CWA and Frontier North, Inc. on Tuesday, May 10 and Thursday, May 12, 2022. Your Bargaining Committee discussed counter proposals presented by the Company. Based on dialogue between the parties, the Company and Union revised and submitted several proposals. The bargaining committee continues to review and evaluate all information provided by Frontier to the committee.

Frontier Communications will be closing part of its Fort Wayne operations in a move that will affect 50 employees according to a notice filed with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
