The past year has moved by so quickly. I’ve been so busy with all the things life has challenged me to embrace, that I’ve realized that I haven’t even shared a picture of my new studio space. I loved working out of my Toronto St home studio, yet life had a different story for me to fulfill..so I excepted all the challenges I’ve been faced with as gracefully as I possibly could..and created a new space for myself and my clients to find solace from the outside world…

I want to thank everyone who came through my door in 2023! Those who showed me love, understanding and patience as I proceeded to process a whole new life, with new responsibilities, challenges, and understanding that it was absolutely inevitable that I would continue to practice the art of wellness. I believe, I was healed as much as those of you who graced my wellness studio..in hopes of also finding healing and happiness.
