We have some schedule updates!!!
We are adding back additional kids aerial class times!
Kids classes are back on M/W/F 🦋 (see schedule at goaerialfitness.com)
Christina is moving our double class day to Monday nights! (5:30 and 6:45)
April will be teaching on Wednesdays hot yoga at 5:30!

With the heat index warnings and high humidity, we are turning off the heat this week for hot yoga 🥵🔥
Adding some extra ventilation in the yoga room to work with the weather conditions, and keep everyone safe and comfortable ❤️🦋

Hi friends! Check out some summer updates to our schedule, including an additional time slot for peaceful easy aerial yoga (now Saturday AND Sunday at 10:30am)
Plus a reduced temperature for summertime hot yoga. We are currently sitting at 103° for most classes, but will revisit as the outside temperatures rise.🦋❤️goaerialfitness.com
